• Activist investor Jana Partners boosted its holdings in Fidelity National Information Services ( NYSE: FIS ) to ~3.5M shares from ~2.6M shares during Q1, according to its 13F filing for the quarter.
• The hedge fund cut its holdings in Mercury Systems ( MRCY ) to ~2M shares from ~3.1M shares, Freshpet ( FRPT ) to 4M from 4.1M, and LabCorp ( NYSE: LH ) to 664.3K from 744.9K.
• Jana Partners exited its investment in Encompass Health ( EHC ), the filing showed .
• Earlier, Freshpet slumped on new capital raise, which Jana Partners called 'ill-conceived'.
