KHRNF - Khiron Life Sciences prices unit offering

• Khiron Life Sciences ( OTCQB:KHRNF ) has priced its units offering at C$0.05 each.
• Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one warrant. Each unit warrant can be exercised to acquire one share at C$0.08 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the offering.
• Canaccord Genuity, the agent and sole bookrunner in the offering, will be granted an option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the units offered for a period of 30 days following and including the closing date of the offering.
• Net proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.
• The offering is now expected to close on or about April 4, 2023.
