MGM - Kindred Group gains amid takeover speculation

• Kindred Group ADRs ( OTC:KNDGF ) rose 3% amid takeover speculation.
• MGM Resorts ( MGM ) is speculated to be one of the companies that's looking at a potential acquisition of Swedish online gambling company Kindred ( OTC:KNDGF ), according to a Betaville "uncooked" alert, which cited people following the matter. MGM may be competing with a UK-listed company in the auction for Kindred.
• Some people believe the UK-listed company may be Flutter ( OTCPK:PDYPY ), while others have heard speculation, it may be Entain ( OTCPK:GMVHF ), which has a joint venture with MGM Resorts called BetMGM.
• Kindred Group  ( OTC:KNDGF ) announced in April that it was exploring strategic alternatives, including a possible sale of the company.
