ACTC - Komatsu partnering with Protera on electric construction equipment Nikkei says

Komatsu (KMTUF) is partnering with Protera, which is being taking public through SPAC ArcLight Clean Transition (ACTC), to attempt to put electric construction equipment into use, Nikkei reported.Komatsu will use Protera to demonstrate experiments of small and medium-sized construction machines this year.Recall Jan. 12, ArcLight Clean Transition +80% on subsidiary merger and change to Delaware Corp.
