TAMPA, Fla. , May 9, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM: GORV) announced today that it will need to extend the filing of its Form 10-Q with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission due to a delay in finalizing the required materials. Lazydays anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q as soon as reasonably possible and within the 5-day grace period provided by rule 12b -25. As a result, Lazydays will also postpone its first quarter 2024 earnings release and conference call that was scheduled for Friday, May 10, 2024 to Thursday, May 16, 2024 . The conference call to discuss the results is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time .
