LivePerson ( NASDAQ: LPSN ) signed individual privately negotiated transactions with certain holders of its 0.750% Convertible Senior Notes due 2024 wherein it agreed to pay ~$149.7M in cash for the repurchase of ~$157.5M in principal amount.
Related to the note repurchases, the company seeks to unwind a portion of the capped call options associated with the aggregate principal amount of notes repurchased.
