  • LMP Automotive ( OTC:LMPX ) on Monday announced it has entered into definitive dealership and real estate sale agreements.
  • LMPX entered agreements with respect to the sale of its Chevrolet, Buick GMC dealerships and their underlying real estate in Beckley, West Virginia.
  • The company said it anticipates the expected closing of the transactions in June 2023.
