Mallinckrodt on Friday said it has still not reached a decision on whether or not it will file for bankruptcy.
The pharma is in a bind as it owes $1.7B as part of prescription opioid settlements.
Mallinckrodt ( NYSE: MNK ) also said in an SEC filing it was granted yet another extension to July 21 for a $200M payment to an opioid victim's fund. It was due today.
