MTP - Midatech gets non-compliance notice from Nasdaq

• Midatech Pharma ( NASDAQ: MTP ) received a notice from Nasdaq for not being in compliance with the $1 minimum bid price requirement rule for continued listing on the exchnage.
• The London-based company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 25 ordinary shares, for 30 consecutive business days starting Dec. 14 2022, did not meet the minimum bid price requirement.
• The company has 180 calendar days or until July 31 to regain compliance.
• Midatech said plans to monitor the bid price will consider taking the appropriate action to achieve compliance.
• Midatech had the same issue last year when it received a non compliance notice from Nasdaq in April 2022 for its  minimum bid price rule. The company regained compliance in October 2022.
