MSEX - Middlesex Water president and CEO Dennis Doll announces retirement

  • Middlesex Water Company ( NASDAQ: MSEX ) on Tuesday said its CEO Dennis Doll plans to retire upon turning 65.
  • Doll joined MSEX in 2004 and was named top boss in 2006. According to the company, he had over 40 years of experience in investor-owned water and wastewater utility management.
  • "(Doll's) retirement is planned for the later of December 31, 2023 or, the date when a successor is duly named and on board," MSEX said in a statement .
  • The company added that it had started a search for Doll's successor led by its board's compensation committee in collaboration with an executive search firm.
