MIR - Mirion Technologies announces proposed stock offering by selling stockholders

Mirion Technologies ( NYSE: MIR ) on Thursday announced a proposed stock offering by selling shareholders of up to 7M class A shares.
Shares of MIR fell slightly by 3.4% to $7.65 after hours.
"Selling stockholders participating in the offering consist of entities affiliated with Charterhouse Capital Partners," MIR said in a statement .
MIR added that it will bear the costs associated with the proposed offering but will not get any of the proceeds from the sale of shares.
