MOXC - Moxian gets Nasdaq non-compliance listing notice on minimum bid requirements

- Bitcoin miner Moxian (BVI) ( NASDAQ: MOXC ) on Wednesday said it had got a non-compliance listing notice from the Nasdaq stock market on minimum bid price requirement.
- The company was notified that the average closing price of its shares were below $1/share for 30 straight days.
- "The notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares, which will continue to trade uninterrupted on Nasdaq under the ticker 'MOXC'," the company said in a statement .
- MOXC stock earlier closed -3.3% at $0.89.
