• The war in Ukraine is no longer the major market mover as record inflation has now taken that spot.
• Markets are very nervous and record inflation readings paired with an aggressive Fed and negative consumer sentiment are starting to hammer stocks and hopefully lead to a prolonged bear market.
• I am never a bear but I love the bear as it can create generational buying opportunities which is something we should all cherish.
• My dividend income amounted to a record $729 which is up 75% annually and 84% sequentially.
• Gifted Working Time in 2022: Around 95 hours, or 11.9 days, of active work have been replaced with passive income in 2022.
