JWEL - Nasdaq grants Jowell Global extension to regain compliance with minimum bid price rule

• Jowell Global ( NASDAQ: JWEL ) said on Thursday that Nasdaq has granted the China-based e-commerce platform an additional 180 calendar day period, or until Dec. 26, to regain compliance with the stock exchange's $1.00 minimum closing bid price rule.
• The stock exchange has determined that the company meets the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly-held shares and all other applicable requirements for initial listing.
• The decision also considers the company's written notice to the stock exchange on its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary.
• JWEL shares were trading +3.09% pre-market.
