NSCO - Nesco prices $920M senior secured second lien notes by Nesco Holdings II

Nesco (NSCO) subsidiary Nesco Holdings II prices $920M aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior secured second lien notes due 2029.  The sale of the notes is expected to be consummated on or about April 1, 2021.Net proceeds, together with borrowings under a new asset-based revolving credit facility to be entered into by the Issuer, as well as other sources, will be used to fund the proposed business combination-related transactions, to refinance existing indebtedness and to pay related fees and expenses.
