Coquitlam, BC – TheNewswire - April 3, 2023- NickelRock Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “NickelRock”) (TSXV:NICL ) , ( OTC:NICKLF ) , ( FRA:NMK2) is pleased to announce that as permitted by theCompany’s Articles, the Board of Directors have approved bydirectors’ consent resolutions the name change to “ Grid Battery Metals Inc .” which has also been accepted by the TSX VentureExchange.
The shares will commence trading under the new name andtrading symbol “ CELL ”, effective Wednesday, April 5, 2023 atthe market open. The Company’s CUSIP number will be 398084103.
The Company will also be launching a new website andsocial media sites in connection with the name change. The Companywill issue a further news release announcing the effective date of thewebsite and social media sites.
