Cian ( NYSE: CIAN ) said on Wednesday that NYSE is set to commence proceedings to delist the American depositary shares of the company, with the trading to be suspended immediately.

The stock exchange had halted trading in the American depositary shares on Feb. 28, and has now determined that the company is not suitable for listing.
