RAAS - NYSE to delist Cloopen Group ADSs due to delayed filings

• The New York Stock Exchange will delist the American depositary shares (ADSs) of Cloopen Group Holding Limited ( NYSE: RAAS ).
• Trading of the company's ADSs will be immediately suspended.
• The decision to delist was made by NYSE Regulation due to the company's failure to file annual reports and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Cloopen Group notified the NYSE that it won't be able to complete the required filings by May 17, 2023.
• The company has the right to request a review of this determination by a Committee of the Exchange's Board of Directors.
• After completing all necessary procedures, including any appeals, the NYSE will seek approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission for the official delisting of the ADSs.
