LCI - NYSE to delist Lannett Company will trade in OTC market

Lannett Company ( NYSE: LCI ) received a notice from NYSE dated April 19, 2023, notifying that NYSE will commence proceedings to delist the stock.
The company has fallen below the NYSE's listing standard requiring listed companies to maintain an average global market capitalization of at least $15M over a consecutive 30-trading day period.
The stock will begin trading in the OTC market starting April 20, 2023, retaining ticker symbol LCI.
