OIIM - O2Micro gains on updated Nasdaq delisting notice for planned takeover

• 02Micro International ( NASDAQ: OIIM ) rose 4.3% after an updated Nasdaq note indicated the company's last trading day will be next Friday after its planned sale to FNOF Precious Honour.
• The effective date for the suspension of O2Micro ( OIIM ) shares is March 4, according to the notice.
• O2Micro International ( OIIM ) announced in late September that it would be acquired by FNOF Precious Honour in a deal with $145.9M equity value.
