Ocumetics Technology ( TSXV: OTC:CA ) ( OTCQB:OTCFF ) said Thursday it plans to complete a non-brokered private placement to raise $1 million.

The company will offer up to 3,333,333 units at a price of $0.30 per unit.

The company said there will be no minimum subscription level for the offering.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.60.
