PS - Ongoing M&A deals back in focus as SPAC deals lose luster

Tracking ongoing M&A deals appeared to be back in focus this week as SPAC craze appears to be fading a bit on investor angst over inflated valuations. Marvell's (MRVL) planned purchase of Inphi (IPHI) was a point of focus  after various deal related publications discussed China's antitrust review of the deal. China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) is asking third parties for their input on the deal, according to a Dealreporter story this week.Other larger tech deals that need Chinese antitrust approval include Advanced Micro Device's (AMD) planned purchase of Xilinx (XLNX) and Analog Devices (ADI) takeover of Maxim Integrated (MXIM).
