OZON - Ozon Holdings receives Nasdaq notice on delisting

• E-commerce platform Ozon Holdings ( NASDAQ: OZON ) said on Thursday that it has received a Nasdaq notice on the delisting of its American Depositary Shares.
• The decision was taken considering the geopolitical circumstances affecting Russia and their potential impact on the company.
• Each American Depositary Share represents one ordinary share.
• "We believe that we have been and remain in full compliance with all applicable reporting obligations and qualitative and quantitative listing criteria of the Exchange and met all additional requests for disclosure by the Exchange since the suspension of trading on February 28, 2022," the company said in a release.
• OZON is considering an appeal, which stays the delisting action.
