PSHG - Performance Shipping signs time charter deal for M/T P. Yanbu tanker vessel

Performance Shipping ( NASDAQ: PSHG ) has signed a time charter contract with ST Shipping & Transport for its M/T P. Yanbu vessel.
The 105,391 dwt Aframax tanker vessel has been chartered at $30/day for a period of 24 months +/- 45 days at the option of the charterer. The charter is expected to commence in December 2022.
This charter will generate ~$20.6M of gross revenue for the minimum duration of the charter.
