SPAC Pivotal Investment Corporation II (PIC) sets its Annual Meeting regarding the merger agreement with XL Fleet for December 21, 2020.Stockholders of record as of December 7 will be eligible to vote. Additionally, SEC has declared effective Pivotal's registration statement on Form S-4, which includes a definitive proxy statement/prospectus in connection with the Annual Meeting. Pivotal encourages all PIC stockholders to protect their investment and vote “FOR” ALL PROPOSALS in advance of the Annual Meeting.Upon closing of merger, combined company will be named XL Fleet and its common stock will trade on NYSE under “XL”.Yesterday's close was $15.72.
