Vancouver, B.C. – TheNewswire– March 2, 2023 - Playfair Mining Ltd.(“Playfair”, or the “Company”); PLY-TSXV, is pleasedto announce a non-brokered private placement of upto 20,000,000 common shares of the Company (“Shares“) at a priceof $0.07 per Share (the “ Offering “), for aggregate gross proceeds of up to$1,400,000.
In connection with the Offering, the Company may paycertain finders’ fees equal to 7% of the aggregate gross proceedsraised from those purchasers introduced by such finders, payable incash or Shares.
The Company intends to use the proceeds raised from theOffering for exploration activities in Norway, and general corporatepurposes. The Offering may close in tranches. The Offering isexpected to close on or before April 17, 2023. The Offering issubject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, receiptof all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX VentureExchange.
