Probe Metals (OTCQB:PROBF) increased the size of its bought deal private placement to ~C$20.8M, consisting of 6.7M flow-through units at C$3.10 per flow-through unit. Each flow-through unit will consist of 1 PROBF share issued as a "flow-through share" and 1/2 of a share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire 1 PROBF share at C$2.40/share for a period of 24-months from the closing date. PROBF had announced the bought deal financing earlier in the day.
