ESGR - ProSight Global drops 8.1% after TowerBrook Global deal below yesterday's close

ProSight Global (PROS) dropped 8.1% after agreeing to takeover from TowerBrook and Further Global at $12.85/share, after closing at $14.19 yesterday.ProSight holders are getting a 42% premium to the closing share price as on Sept. 23, the last trading day prior to media reports about a possible acquisition.TowerBrook will acquire a majority stake in ProSight, with Further Global serving as minority co-investor.Acquisition is expected to close in 3Q and is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of regulatory approvals and the completion of a reinsurance transaction with Enstar (ESGR).Earlier, Enstar inks reinsurance transaction with ProSight
