PS - Proxy adviser Glass Lewis says Pluralsight holders should vote against Vista deal

Pluralsight (PS) holders should vote against Vista Equity's planned purchase of the company, proxy adviser Glass Lewis recommends, according to a Bloomberg report.The Glass Lewis report comes after proxy firm ISS last week also recommended voting against the transaction, citing concerns around the sale process. The vote is set for March 2.Glass Lewis recommended against the deal partly because it looks as if Pluralsigh may have favored Vista over other buyers and the purchase price wasn't compelling, according to Bloomberg.Pluralsight holders Eminence Capital and Akaris Global Partners have also said they plan to vote against the deal.Recall Feb. 18, Pluralsight says its disagrees with ISS recommendation against Vista vote.
