Brossard, Quebec - TheNewswire -March 6th, 2023 – Windfall Geotek (TSXV:WIN ) , ( OTC:WINKF ) , ( FSE:L7C2) a leader inthe use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with advancedknowledge-extraction techniques since 2005 in the mining sector ispleased to announced Quebec Copper & Gold (TSX-V: QCCU) hashired Windfall Geotek for Artificial Intelligence Targeting Serviceson it’s Opemiska Copper & Gold Project. In addition to theservice contract Quebec Copper & Gold has entered into a purchasesale agreement with Windfall Geotek to purchase Windfall Geotek’sneighbouring Chapais Property for 500,000 shares & issuing a 2%NSR subject to a 1% buyback. The Chapais project will increase thesize of Quebec Copper & Gold’s Opemiska Project. Windfall Geotekwill take all available data and conduct a large-scale AI targetingproject over both Opemiska & Chapais Project’s which will bethen owned by Quebec Copper & Gold. The deal is subject toexchange approval and expected to be closed within the nearfuture.

Direct road access to the Chapais Property is via route113 to provide access to the deposits. Route 113 is a paved regionalhighway that is part of the Trans-Canada Highway. The road begins 2.5km south of the town of Chapais. The access road is currently used fordiamond drill and personnel access to the site all year around. Aseries of ATV trails also provide access to the property.
