RKLY - Rockley Photonics promotes Richard Meier to CEO replacing Andrew Rickman

• Rockley Photonics ( NYSE: RKLY ) on Monday said it had appointed Richard Meier as its CEO, replacing Andrew Rickman.
• Rickman will serve as executive chairman.
• Additionally, RKLY said it had appointed Chad Becker as interim CFO.
• The company said it would retain an executive search firm and start a formal search for a permanent CFO.
• "These changes are intended to position the Company for its next phase of growth," RKLY said in a statement .
• Rockley ( RKLY ) stock earlier closed -37.2% at $0.25.
