NDDLF - Royal Dutch Shell: Options After Court Order To Reduce Emissions By 45%

Dutch Court rules that Royal Dutch Shell needs to decrease its emissions by 45%.
The company also needs to exercise significant effort to reduce emissions by its business partners and end-customers.
To my untrained eye it appears as if RDS should be able to mount a successful appeal against this judgment.
If RDS can't win an appeal that's bad news for employees and the organisation but not necessarily for bondholders and shareholders.
