Seven new real estate companies will be added to the Russell 3000 index, and two will be removed, as part of the 2024 Russell indexes annual reconstitution.
Additions to the index are American Healthcare REIT ( AHR ), Franklin Street Properties ( FSP ), Industrial Logistics Properties Trust ( ILPT ), Latam Logistic Properties ( LPA ), Offerpad Solutions ( OPAD ), The Real Brokerage ( REAX ) and Strawberry Fields REIT ( STRW ).
Deletions are Douglas Elliman ( DOUG ) and Office Properties Income Trust ( OPI ).
The annual reconstitution will take effect after market close on June 28.
