Seven new real estate companies will be added to the Russell Microcap Index, while five will be removed, as part of the 2024 Russell indexes annual reconstitution.
Additions are Latam Logistic Properties ( LPA ), Mobile Infrastructure ( BEEP ), Net Lease Office Properties ( NLOP ), Offerpad Solutions ( OPAD ), The Real Brokerage ( REAX ), reAlpha Tech ( AIRE ) and Strawberry Fields REIT ( STRW ).
Deletions are FingerMotion ( FNGR ), Forestar Group ( FOR ), The GEO Group ( GEO ), Income Opportunity Realty Investors ( IOR ) and Sotherly Hotels ( SOHO ).
The annual reconstitution will take effect after market close on June 28.
