- Silo Wellness ( OTCQB:SILFF ) to acquire the BitGift asset from Moon Equity ( OTCPK:MONI ) for up to C$500K.
- Under the terms of the arm's length transaction, Silo would purchase the BitGift asset for 5.05M shares of Silo with additional consideration of up to C$400K payable based on the achievement of certain revenue milestones with no finder's fees paid.
