SEV - Sono Group receives Nasdaq notification of noncompliance

• Sono Group ( NASDAQ: SEV ) said it has received a Nasdaq notice on non-compliance over not having timely filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2022.
• The notice does not have any immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company's ordinary shares.
• SEV has postponed filing the 2022 20-F is to allow additional time for the Company to prepare and review its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 and have such financial statements audited.
• SEV has 60 calendar days to submit a plan to regain compliance.
• The Company is working diligently to complete the 2022 20-F and plans to file its 2022 20-F as promptly as possible to regain compliance with the Listing Rule.
