(“Sonoro” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:SNV) announces the results of its annual and special meeting ofshareholders held May 21, 2024, All Directors and resolutions relatingto the appointment of auditors, share option plan and restricted shareunit plan were approved by shareholders.
A total of 68,771,736 of the 223,334,075 Sonoro commonshares outstanding, representing 30.8% participation were voted byproxy with the following results below.
The Company is pleased with the results of theshareholder vote and appreciates the continued support for the Boardand strategic direction for the Company.
