SPAC DMY Technology III (DMYI) is reportedly in talks to combine with quantum computer company IonQ in a deal that values the combined entity at about $2b.Deal could be announced in the coming weeks, according to a Bloomberg report.Silver Lake, MSD Partners, Bill Gates' Breakthrough Energy and an affiliate of Hyundai Motor (HYMLF) are in talks to be a part of PIPE deal.Recall July 27, Rush Street Interactive set to go public via SPAC deal.
