(TSXV:SRG) (“ SRG ” or the “ Company ) is pleasedto announce that all resolutions as set out in the Company’s noticeof meeting and information circular dated May 3, 2022, were passed bythe requisite majority at its annual general meeting held inMont-Royal Quebec on June 9, 2022 (the “ AGM ”).
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered ProfessionalAccountants were re-appointed as auditors of the Company for theensuing year and shareholders approved the Company’s 2022 10%rolling stock option plan, DSU Plan and RSU Plan.
