Vancouver, B C - TheNewswire - May 19, 2023 - Stamper Oil & Gas Corp.(the “ Company ”) (TSX-V:STMP ) ( FSE:TMP2) wishes to announce that it willunwind the Share Purchase Agreement with Copper Creek Mining Inc.(“Copper Creek) that had previously been announced in News Releasesdated September 2, 2022, January 6, 2023 and February 15, 2023.
The Share Purchase Agreement was to acquire all of theissued and outstanding shares of Copper Creek which holds an option toacquire 100% interest (the “Option”) in the Perry River Property(“the Property) from the vendor. As a result of this transactionalunwind Copper Creek will no longer be an owned subsidiary of theCompany.
As of the date of this news release, Stamper has atotal of 5,102,207 common shares issued and outstanding.
The 5,250,000 common shares of Stamper issued pursuantto the Agreement and subject to a 4-month hold period from the date ofissue have been returned to Treasury.
