- Sumo Logic ( NASDAQ: SUMO ) ticked up 0.3% amid a Nasdaq delisting notice with its planned sale to private equity firm Francisco Partners.
- Sumo Logic's ( SUMO ) last trading day is expected to be May 11, according to a Nasdaq notice. Sumo holders are scheduled to vote on its sale to Francisco Partners on May 10.
- In February Sumo Logic ( SUMO ) confirmed a deal to be sold to Francisco Partners for $1.7 billion, or $12.05 a share, in cash.
