ENDO - Thermic Sciences says filing registrational docs and on track for up listings

Thermic Sciences International (OTCPK:ENDO +38.5%) announces it is in the process of filing a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in compliance with Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The preparations are also underway for subsequent up listings to the OTCQB and NASDAQ, respectively. “This ongoing obligation to timely file with the SEC will help all investors make more informed, timely, and educated investment decisions while purchasing the Company shares,” the company added.
