PUK - Third Point 4Q winners include Upstart Disney and PG&E

Third Point, run by Dan Loeb, released its 4Q investor letter today and said that Upstart Holdings (UPST), which had its IPO in December, was the biggest winner for the quarter.Other winners were Disney (DIS), Prudential Plc (PUK) and Pacific Gas & Electric (PCG), which was originally purchased as a credit during its bankruptcy and is now held as equity, according to the 4Q letter.Although the market seemed to disappointed with Prudential Plc's plan to spin off its Jackson Financial unit, Third Point sees the move as a net positive and "important step forward in realizing an independent, high-growth and high-return Asia business."Another winner in the quarter was SPAC Foley Transimene Acquisition Corp II.
