TRUIF - TRU Precious Metals shares drill preparation strategy behind latest non-brokered private placement

TRU Precious Metals co-founder and CEO Joel Freudman joins Proactive's Natalie Stoberman to share the company's plans for its non-brokered private placement to fund the drill program at the Golden Rose project.

Freudman says TRU intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of between $250,000 to $500,000 at a price of $0.05 per unit. He adds that the gross proceeds of the offering will primarily be used for approximately 1,000 metres of test drilling at the Mark’s Pond target area at the Golden Rose Project in central Newfoundland.
