VivoPowerInternational PLC (NASDAQ: VVPR, “VivoPower”, the “Company”)has announced that Executive Chairman and CEO, Kevin Chin, isincreasing his individual shareholding in the Company by 146,084shares, representing approximately 4.4% of the undiluted number ofissued and outstanding shares of the Company. This is through avoluntary election to receive his CEO salary from 1 July 2023 until 30June 2024, in the form of ordinary shares in VivoPower, for which theissuance of VivoPower shares for the period from 1 July 2023 to 31March 2024 has been approved by the Remuneration Committee. The numberof shares noted above represents CEO compensation for the 9 monthperiod to 31, 2024, with Kevin Chin also having elected in November2023 to receive his CEO salary for the full financial year ending June30, 2024 in the form of VivoPower ordinary shares. The shares to beissued for the quarter ending 30 June 30, 2024 will be subject toRemuneration Committee approval immediately after the end of thatquarter.
