Western Asset Premier Bond Fund ( WEA ) has made quite a move since our last report. That was back in October of last year when risk-free rates were surging to highs not seen since before the Global Financial Crisis. The discount at that time had widened materially, but with the recovery came a narrowing of the discount once again....
