AILV Stock, Alpha Intelligent - Large Cap Value ETF Information

The Alpha Intelligent Large Cap Value ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide total return. The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded Fund (ETF) that invests primarily in equity securities of large capitalization companies, with a focus on value stocks. A value stock is the stock of a company whose stock price may not reflect the companys intrinsic value, or that is temporarily out of favor. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80 Percent in companies. These companies have market capitalizations in the range of companies in the Russell 1000 Value Index (the Index) at the time of purchase. As of September 30, 2021, the market capitalization of companies in the Index was Dollar 10 billion and greater.
