The Trusts investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The Trust seeks to achieve this objective by investing primarily in equity securities of companies engaged in the energy and natural resources business and equity derivatives with exposure to the energy and natural resources industry. The Trust will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of energy and natural resources companies and equity derivatives with exposure to the energy and natural resources industry. Companies in the energy and natural resources industry include those companies involved in the exploration production or distribution of energy or natural resources such as gas oil metals and minerals as well as related transportation companies and equipment manufacturers.
