DMXF Stock, iShares ESG Advanced MSCI EAFE ETF Information

The iShares ESG Advanced MSCI EAFE ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization developed market companies excluding the U.S. and Canada that have a favorable environmental, social and governance rating while applying extensive screens for company involvement in controversial activities. The Fund seeks to track the investments results of the MSCI EAFE Choice ESG Screened Index (the Underlying Index), which has been developed by MSCI Inc. (the Index Provider or MSCI). The Underlying Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index designed to reflect the equity performance of large- and mid-capitalization developed market companies, excluding the U.S. and Canada, with favorable environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings (as determined by MSCI ESG Research LLC (MSCI ESG Research)) while applying extensive screens, including removing fossil fuel exposure.
