The Distillate International Fundamental Stability & Value ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Distillate International Fundamental Stability & Value Index (the Index). The Fund uses a passive management (or indexing) approach to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Index. The Index was developed in 2020 by Distillate Capital Partners LLC, the Funds investment adviser and index provider (the Adviser or index Provider), and measures the performance of globally listed, large- and mid-capitalization equity securities and depositary receipts of non-U.S. companies.
